I work on leukocyte and neuronal adhesion. We are interested in leukocyte integrins and how their activity is regulated. Currently, most work is on integrin phosphorylation and signal transduction. We are also studying the neural integrin ligand ICAM-5, which is expressed on dendrites, and to which brain leukocytes bind.
