My group is interested in learning how cell division and differentiation are coordinated during development by studying cell division, DNA replication and gene expression control, as well as the implications of epigenetics. We use the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana that allows molecular, cellular, genetic and genomic approaches. We aim at uncovering fundamental concepts of cell cycle and genome duplication in multicellular organisms.
