I have discovered T-cell vaccination, now in phase II trials to treat MS, and HSP60 peptide therapy (DiaPep277) to arrest beta-cell destruction in Type 1 Diabetes, which has achieved primary & secondary endpoints in a phase III clinical trial. I am developing an antigen microarray chip for bioinformatic analysis of immune system profiles. I formulated the concept of the immunological homunculus, the immune system's image of key body molecules.
