Our lab combines genetically engineered cancer models and multiplexed functional-genetic screens to systematically identify cancer-specific dependencies (so-called 'non-oncogene addictions') and study their function and therapeutic potential in a relevant in-vivo setting. One major focus of ongoing projects is the functional exploration of chromatin regulatory pathways that maintain aberrant self-renewal states in leukemia and other cancers.
