Metabolism and inflammation in cancer progression

My laboratory is interested in studying the signaling mechanisms regulating metabolic stress during cancer initiation and progression. Specifically how the autophagy and metabolic reprogramming cascades modulate the behavior of tumor initiating cells and the tumor stroma is the focus of my most recent projects.
