Genetic interactions in development and cancer

Our laboratory works on signaling networks that control differentiation and patterning decisions during development and are often mutated in cancer. We are particularly interested in using systematic epistasis mapping to identify common and distinct modules that regulate signalling pathways at the cellular and organismic level.
