My group studies how the final size of plants seeds and organs is set by the duration of cell proliferation, which sets the number of cells entering organogenesis. We also focus on genome analysis of wheat, using next-generation sequencing, physical and genetic mapping and comparative genomics to identify and map wheat genes onto the genome.
