Computational genomics and genome variation

My group has worked in multiple areas of genomic data analysis and informatics, from sequence analysis algorithms and database to population genetics and evolution. Most recently we have focused on the use of high-throughput sequencing to study genetic variation, in humans, e.g. 1000 Genomes Project, and other organisms, e.g. cichlid fish speciation.
