The goal of my lab is to understand how the DNA double-strand break (DSB) repair pathways are regulated during the cell cycle, at replication forks, at telomeres and during meiosis. We also have an active interest in understanding how DNA repair pathway deficiencies can be exploited for the treatment of cancer.
