Our research broadly relates to understanding how cells assemble and maintain their compartments. We address this fundamental question by focusing on the mammalian centrosome/cilium complex, which functions in numerous cellular processes and is deregulated in cancer and developmental disorders. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we aim to dissect its assembly, maintenance and dynamic regulation in different contexts and diseases.
