Lipid diversity in plant growth and development

The biological interest of our group is lipid diversity, the spatiotemporal profiles of lipid molecular species, in plant growth and development. We take molecular biology and analytical biochemistry approaches to address the questions: (i) How is lipid diversity established and maintained throughout the life cycle of plants? (ii) How does lipid diversity interact with core modules of developmental regulators through lipid-protein interaction?

Keywords: Lipid diversity / glycerolipids / plant reproductive processes / lipid-protein interaction / Arabidopsis thaliana
