Our lab uses molecular and structural biology tools to investigate the molecular mechanisms that underlie chromosome segregation, cell cycle progression and transmembrane cell signalling. Our main targets are the cell regulatory protease separase that controls sister chromatid cohesin as well as GPCRs, and to characterise novel binders that modulate intracellular signalling responses.
