Epigenetics in genome function and development

We study the epigenetic control of genome function and developmental processes. Our research focuses on genomic imprinting but also, more recently, has evolved to address genome-wide questions in three main thematic areas: (i) stem cells & programming, (ii) functional genomics and epigenomics and (iii) the epigenetic control of developmental & physiological processes in vivo, including environmental influences.

Keywords: Epigenetic mechanisms / genomic imprinting / developmental genetics

Subject area(s): Chromatin & Transcription | Development | Molecular Medicine
