Our lab focuses on understanding T cell antigen receptor signaling, specifically how it regulates tyrosine phosphorylation. Recently, we have extended our studies to other cells of the immune system (macrophages, neutrophils, and B cells), with a focus on understanding the similarities as well as the differences in the signaling pathways that use the immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM).
