Our work is focussed on intracellular transport. For example, we studied how the cytoskeleton regulates trafficking, how the Golgi complex maintains its homeostasis or how a single organelle handles so many different routes. We strongly invested in the development of novel approaches (like synchronisation of transport or recombinant antibody selection) that we now use both for fundamental and applied questions, in particular for cancer research.
