NFAT control of innate immunity and IL2 production by DC

The laboratory has been involved for many years in the study of myeloid cells and in particular dendritic cells (DC) contributing significantly to the identification of the central role of DC in regulating immunity. Presently the main focus of the laboratory is to dissect the molecular pathways and the use of the calcineurin/NFAT signaling pathway in DC to regulate the response to fungi.
