Analysis of immunity using imaging and computation

My group studies basic aspects of innate and adaptive immune function, including biochemical mechanisms involved in antigen discrimination by T-cells, T-cell antigen-presenting cell interactions, and the subsequent delivery of effector function. We employ novel microscopic live animal and multiplex static imaging methods and computer modeling to create a detailed understanding of how the immune system operates in health and disease..
