My lab aims to understand the assembly and dynamics of molecular interaction networks in two areas: transcriptional regulatory interactions, and physical interactions between proteins. Structural analyses of protein complexes provide insight into their classification, evolution and assembly. Our analyses of transcriptional regulatory networks and next generation sequencing data have recently focused on cells of the immune system.
