The focus of research in my laboratory is the dissection of the molecular mechanisms of endocytosis and endosomal membrane dynamics with a special focus on the nervous system. We use a wide range of technologies ranging from electrophysiological, biochemical and cell biological approaches including super-resolution microscopy to genetic manipulations in mice in vivo.
