Single-cell multiomic analysis of blood cells

Haematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are responsible for lifelong and balanced blood cell production. However, it is unclear how the underlying gene regulatory network accommodates the transition from a stem cell to a mature blood cell. In my lab we apply an integrative strategy, combining genetic perturbations with computational analyses, to reconstruct the regulatory networks that maintain the dynamic balance between different blood cell types.
