My laboratory studies the migration and behavior of immune cells, in particular dendritic cells, using quantitative live-imaging at the cell and tissue scales. We aim at understanding how cell migration and immune cell function are coordinated in order to optimize immune responses. Our interests reside in both the cell biological mechanisms and physical principles involved in this process, as well as its physiological relevance in animals.
