Integrative structural cell biology and biophysics

Our lab on one hand develops computational methods for constructing experimental and computational atomic models of proteins, developing new ideas, tools and resources for the community (e.g. PDB-REDO, AlphaFill). Concurrently, we study the structure and interactions of macromolecules involved in lysophosphatidic acid signalling and maintain a network of collaborations that focuses on the role of microtubule interactions to modulate cellular function.
