Our lab was interested in several aspects of the cytoskeleton, ranging from biochemical and cell biological aspects to genetic aspects. Proteins of interest are cyclase-associated protein (CAP), coronin, the Nesprins which together with the SUN proteins form the LINC complex (Linker of nucleoskeleton and cytoskeleton), and centrosomal proteins which are associated with human disease states.
