Research in my lab aims to understand how chromatin is replicated to ensure faithful transmission of genetic and epigenetic information during cell division. We study how histone chaperones and chromatin regulators act together with the replication machinery to ensure this process. We have developed proteomic and genomic tools to interrogate chromatin replication and epigenome maintenance.
