The research activity in our laboratory is focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms that regulate stem cell commitment, maintenance, differentiation and oncogenic transformation, mainly focussed in the hematopoietic system. We are currently using genetic mouse models to decipher how pathways such as Notch, Wnt or NFkB are involved in these biological processes.
