My lab studies the molecular mechanisms underlying tumor progression and immune evasion. Our work is inspired by clinical puzzles and we develop and apply innovative technologies to dissect complex disease phenotypes in experimentally tractable cancer models. We seek to deliver both, insights into general molecular principles from gene regulation to immunity, and scientific evidence to guide the development of combination therapies in the clinic.
