We study the epigenetic control of genome function and developmental processes. Our research focuses on genomic imprinting but also, more recently, has evolved to address genome-wide questions in three main thematic areas: (i) stem cells & programming, (ii) functional genomics and epigenomics and (iii) the epigenetic control of developmental & physiological processes in vivo, including environmental influences.
Keywords: Epigenetic mechanisms / genomic imprinting / developmental genetics
