My group develops and applies experimental and computational proteomics approaches for the discovery of protein-protein interactions and subcellular organization in vertebrates. We primarily focus on modulations of intracellular signalling pathways that are causative of cancer and other human diseases, notably the Hippo and mTOR pathways in cancer and the Cerebral Cavernous Malformation (CCM) pathway underlying a rare vascular disorder.
