Functional proteomics of signal transduction

My group develops and applies experimental and computational proteomics approaches for the discovery of protein-protein interactions and subcellular organization in vertebrates. We primarily focus on modulations of intracellular signalling pathways (e.g. mTOR, Hippo, Ras) that are causative of cancer and other human diseases, and on deciphering the dynamic composition of biomolecular condensates.
