Mouse models for lung cancer and mesotheliomas
My group focuses of genetically engineered mouse models for lung cancer and mesothelioma's. Major interest in this area is cell of origin of the different tumor subtypes and the spectrum of mutations that can drive tumorigenesis and could serve as targets for intervention.
