Human immunology / antibodies and vaccines
We are interested to unravel the basis of host resistance to infectious diseases to create a new generation of passive antibody therapies and novel vaccines. Besides these translational studies, we address, in the human system, fundamental issues such as the cellular basis of immunological memory, the mechanisms of antibody diversification and the relationship between infection and autoimmunity.
