Cell and tissue circuits and atlases

My lab develops and applies experimental methods and computational algorithms to the study of cells, their intracellular circuits and their interactions in tissues, in both health and disease. In particular, we have pioneered experimental and analytical methods for single-cell genomics and for combining perturbations with single-cell RNA-seq and spatial profiling for complex combinatorial screens and dissection of cell circuits and tissues.
