Chromatin proteomics

My group is interested in the processes that govern the assembly and determine the composition of specific chromatin fibers. We have made substantial contributions towards the systematic analysis of histone modifications using mass spectrometry, and have recently extended the technology to the analysis of histones in tissue sections. In addition, we study evolutionary changes in the chromatin-bound proteome.
