We explore the role of tumor genetic heterogeneity in shaping microenvironment and reciprocal tumor-immune interactions in tumor progression and responses to therapeutic intervention. We interrogate TME using single-cell omics, immune phenotyping, 3D co-cultures, mouse models of brain tumors, multi-modal in vivo imaging. We attempt to find tumor vulnerabilities and develop targeted therapies interrupting tumor-microenvironment interactions.
