Our group is interested in characterizing the clonal and cellular architecture of breast cancer subtypes and its evolution with perturbations, in particular therapeutics. We ultimately aim to unravel the biology and the genomic drivers of human breast cancer. We also have developed explant models to study clonal dynamics in vitro and in vivo, as a systematic approach to study breast cancer.
