Catabolite repression in non-conventional yeasts

Our lab is interested in the study of mechanisms of catabolite repression in non-conventional yeasts mainly using Yarrowia lipolytica. Also we try to identify possible enzymes that could substitute for the usual sugar kinases in yeast.
