Molecular epidemiology
My research focuses on using epidemiological methods to understand the role of genetic and epigenetic (DNA methylation) variation in health and disease. I am also interested in using molecular phenotypes, including DNA methylation, for predictions in a range of contexts such as disease incidence, prognosis or patient stratification.
