Molecular mechanisms of neuronal development

The primary goal of the Hoogenraad lab is to understand how intracellular trafficking underlies neuronal development and synapse function. We particularly focus on the areas of microtubule cytoskeleton, synaptic cargo transport and synaptic plasticity.
