GTPase signalling in tumour cell migration

My lab studies disruption of signalling pathways in cancer cells with a focus on small GTPase signalling pathways mediated by Ras, Ral and RhoGTPase families. A primary interest is the role of signalling in tumour cell migration, invasion and metastasis.
