Principal aspects of human metabolism and its genetic regulation can now be studied using large-scale, high-resolution molecular data, transforming our ability to identify and understand the genetic causes of diverse diseases. Our team generates and integrates information on the genetic architecture of different molecular layers to characterize its system-wide effects across organs, tissues and cells and understand the causes of human diseases.
