Temporal pattern of cell lineages in development
Our goal is to understand how cell diversity is generated during embryonic development to construct a functional brain and the role of time in this process. We aim to understand how the neural elements are generated upon morphogenesis by in vivo reconstructing cell lineages and dissecting how neuronal specification and differentiation is coordinated and controlled in the assembly of the neural circuits.
