Transcriptional control of plant stress responses
Our research focuses on understanding the regulatory roles of three functionally interlinked RNAPII transcription regulatory modules that carry subunit homologs of TFIIH general transcription factor, AMP-activated protein kinases, and spliceosome-activating NTC complexes in Arabidopsis.
