My lab is interested in DNA damage tolerance and its regulation, the DNA transitions triggered at intrinsically difficult to replicate genomic regions, stalled and terminal forks, and the relationship between DNA metabolism and chromosome structure, such as sister chromatid cohesion and chromosome silencing.
