Our focus is on the role that mono-ADP-ribosylation plays in cell function, as demonstrated by us for the PARP12-control of intracellular membrane traffic. We are investigating the glycerophosphoinositols in the immuno-inflammatory responses. In parallel, we are defining at the molecular level the minimal components of the BARS-dependent fission machinery involved in several membrane traffic steps, by reconstitution and morphological approaches.
