Analysis of complex viral structures in atomic detail
My research group focus on the structure of viruses, structural vaccinology and anti-viral drug discovery. We work to understand the structure and antigenicity of viruses, especially through visualising interactions with neutralising antibodies. Recent work includes structures of the SARS-CoV-2 spike and antibody interactions, providing better understanding of how antibodies work against the virus and how variant viruses escape them.
