Research in my laboratory centers on elucidating the organization and regulation of gene expression. Our studies focus on implementing innovative approaches to examine spatial/temporal aspects of gene expression in mouse embryonic stem cells and other cell types. In addition, we are characterizing the role of long non-coding RNAs in breast cancer progression and differentiation.
