We study the contribution of epigenetic information to mammalian reproduction. Our approaches combine developmental biology, mouse genetics, genome-wide screens and epigenomic and transcriptomic profiling, including single-cell methods. We contribute to the fields of reproductive biology, DNA and RNA methylation, transposon biology, genomic imprinting and parental epigenetic inheritance.
