Distal-regulatory elements and gene regulation

My group uses multidisciplinary approaches from single molecule tracking to genomics to understand the link among three-dimensional chromatin architecture, distal regulatory elements and associated eRNA in signalling driven gene regulation events. Recently, my group connected transcription-factor condensates on enhancers with ligand dependent gene regulation. These findings reveal how response to cyclic signalling events is robust.
