Structural characterization of bacterial plasmids

Retired from research in 2006. Currently Emeritus Professor. Past work included isolation and structural characterization of bacterial plasmids, construction of plasmids for gene cloning in bacteria, isolation and expression of firefly luciferase in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
