CRISPR-driven discovery of plant hormone transport

My lab investigates how plant hormones are transported to control development and stress responses. We identified key long-distance hormone transporters and developed multi-targeted CRISPR tools to overcome genetic redundancy. Recently, we translated these tools to crops like tomato and rice, enabling genome-scale forward genetics and uncovering traits critical for growth, drought tolerance, and nutrient uptake.
