Our research focuses on understanding how cancer-associated genomic alterations influence tumor development, response to therapies, and the interaction between tumor cells and the microenvironment. We integrate classical cancer genomic analyses with analyses of chromatin 3D structure and with functional studies to rationally design and develop new anti-cancer therapies.
